I might also (near the end) discuss stuff to do during the interview. (what questions to ask, is this the right job for me)
Maybe add something about providing stats in points for exp and projects, I find interviewers/recruiters love points like "Did X and generated Y% user growth over a period from A to B" or something like that. Shows you had real impact and legitimizes yourself as a candidate.
Also I completely agree with the conversation starter line, the best projects seem to be the ones that are interesting and interviewers want to talk to you about them
Also at some point it's worthwhile mentioning that often on WaterlooWorks (jobmine etc) there are job positions that aren't data science but actually involve data science work, so good to look out for those too
