Acceptance Criteria:
Opportunity cards should be sorted in descending order (i.e. upcoming events will be shown first)
Display all information listed above in the format shown in the design
Display tags at the bottom of each card with expiry date for posting, number of volunteers applications received, and the number of invitations sent
Clicking a card will open its Individual Opportunity View (#43)
