Allow the educator to view the applications received by volunteers for a particular event. The educator can accept or decline the volunteer applications from this page.
Accept/Decline behaviour:
When the "Accept" or "Decline" button is clicked, a confirmation dialog appears asking the educator to confirm their action. If the educator confirms, an in-app notification will appear (see screenshots). If the maximum number of volunteers for an event has been reached, the educator can no longer accept any additional applications.

Position at Company: taken from Current Job Title and Organization Name

Acceptance Criteria:
Show all volunteer applications to an event
Show an overview of the volunteer
Indicate that the user is viewing applications for an event
Allow user to click-into the volunteer profile to view full profile
Buttons that will allow users to accept or decline an application
Back button takes user back to summarized list of opportunities
Clicking into a card opens up the volunteers full profile (#49)
Indicate when all volunteer positions have been filled (see the fourth screenshot)
