This is the in-app landing page that the volunteer will see once signed-in.
The volunteer dashboard has components and functionality similar to the educator dashboard (#38), opportunity list view (#39), and the individual opportunity view (#43).
Acceptance criteria:
Allow educators to switch page views between Upcoming opportunities, Applications, and Invitations
"Dashboard" in the nav bar is highlighted to indicate that they are on dashboard
Tabs are highlighted to indicate which page view they are on
Default page view is "Upcoming opportunities"
Text indicates if there are no listed opportunities
