Client changes

• set up redux to fetch events and use selectors to filter active and past events (stored in redux store)
• added events cards to display event content
• implemented infinite scroll for functional component
• set up typography in theme.tsx

Server changes

• add single and all event api endpoints

@AinleyP you can get your two views design reviewed (may need to revisit datepicker styling).

@faizaanmadhani still need to touch up on some of the styling for individual and past opportunity views. we can leave hanging functionality of posting opportunities, accept/decline apps, and retracting for another PR.

also, if its easy/won't take a lot of extra time, please do typing properly (i.e. don't use "any" that much). we have a lot of reused components so doing this should be worthwhile.

Please hold off on merging until design + PM reviews are done.
