Exe not found #46

I´m sorry if this is completely dumb question but since the "installation" section says "Just download the zip from the releases pages, uncompress it and run Cardia.exe."

Am i wrong to assume there should be an exe file in the zip file given from github?

Been trough the files trying to figure out how to get the program running without much luck
