add the madgrapgh weight and update AC json files #654

The madgraph weights fail for other samples. Can you comment these lines by default or find a way that they are run only for the madgraph CP samples?

all the LHC weights were initialized to zero: https://github.com/uwcms/FinalStateAnalysis/blob/miniAOD_9_4_0/PatTools/plugins/PATFinalStateEventProducer.cc#L231-L240 So it is a bit strange. I can update the code anyway to ensure no failure for other samples. Let you know.
