Schedule Annie and Manaswi Office Hours #13

I'd like @annie-r and @manaswis to each book an office hour, one on Wednesday and one on Thursday.

Then reserve a TA room for it.

As I announced in class, I'll ask that students email you an hour beforehand if they're coming to your office hour.

I'll schedule for Thursdays 1:15-2:15 in Gates 152 (oo so new and shiny!). @manaswis, let me know if you can't do Wed and we'll work something out

To confirm, each TA has office hours on both days, correct?

1.15-2.15pm works on Thursdays but not on Wednesdays. Wednesdays, an hour slot between 10 am - 12 pm would work best for me.

@manaswis : No, just 1 hour for each of you.

If you want to do Wednesday sometime between 10 and 12, that'd be great. Book a room to use, and I'll get that plus Annie's time onto the calendar.

same as Allen rooms. there's a new tab on the reservation page. the "TA Offices" are at the bottom of the list of types of rooms (151, etc.) and are bookable right now

Done. Booked Gates 153 on Wednesdays 10.30 - 11.30.

Two questions:

  1. So if we don't get any email an hour before our OH, we shouldn't hold the office hours, correct?

  2. Since the times are being decided this week, we won't be having OH this week, is that right?

Didn't start them until Jan 23, because no project teams before then.

Correct I told the class on Tuesday that they should email an hour beforehand.
