Use version 8 of the Apache Arrow JavaScript API.
Update tests and performance benchmarks to follow API changes.
Drop export of Arrow types. Clients should import apache-arrow and use the type ids directly.

I'm looking forward to this shipping - it looks like Arrow v3 has mangled ESM, which is screwing with some builds
