Add latex output, refactor output formats. #5

Generalize output handling, parameterized by output metadata object.
Refactor option passing to output modules.
Refactor html output template, support selfContained option.
Add latex output generation.
Add latex templates for basic article, ACM article, and TVCG / VGTC papers.
Add pdflatex compilation.
