Legends aren't drawing correctly for differing layers #2

If you make a VSUP with e.g. 3 layers and a branching factor of 2, it will create the right scale, but will show an incorrect legend (there's an "off by one" error in the uncertainty values). I believe this is due to rounding issues, but I could be wrong. screen shot 2018-04-17 at 5 05 08 pm
