Consider github pages publish provider #464

Hi @chrism, would appreciate your thoughts on this one.

We both prefer and use AWS for hosting however I think there is a strong argument to support github pages hosting.

Using our tools for free is completely supported with zero (hosting!) costs to us and people can publish without paying anything.
Our tutorials can go from zero to published in a few commands for those that want to try it out.

What do you think?
