Create new scene with XR and hand tracking

• New scene exists in existing Unity project called "Prototype water"
• Has XR camera etc set up for Pico 4
• Has Ultraleap hand tracking
• Works in play mode with hand-tracking
• Works built to Pico with mixed reality and hand-tracking

Hey @Ajiun1010 thanks for picking up, can't see the new scene in the codebase (looking at https://github.com/uwe-xr-ma-2023/mr-handtracking-prototype/tree/main/Assets/Scenes), can you push your changes up to GitHub please?
