embed_files examples #21

Do the examples from emzed1 in the emzed_files directory work? I have been trying to get the example from the original paper working with this library but I can't find the Example_CoA_esters.mzXML file anywhere. I and I have not been able to get example1.mzXML to work with this library either.

You find the files at http://emzed.ethz.ch/downloads/Bioinformatics_ExampleWorkflow_CoA_esters.zip

But I'm not sure if they work with recent emzed 2.

We are currently working on a much improved version 3 of emzed, but release will not be so soon.
