Just remembered that I should add a yaml file as well. Will do so

@bhazelton I have restructured the folder to be more pyproject.toml friendly. Please do let me know if you want me to restructure, or rename any folder (I do believe utils.connect does not rightfully convey that it is for connecting to the database).
