Update environment with GIS Packages #7

Forgot to mention. This is a future-proofing measure, for in the future, we will be having methods here that use the given packages. Will later have to add these packages to toml file as well. There is no need to merge it now itself.

So as mentioned in the recent comments on Slack, this Pull request now may need to be extended to also update the toml file. Others can add comments here to specify what packages need to be included in the environment and toml file. That may be one way to go.
