Write a section on current interpretations of existing terms across communities, and how the terminology may affect inclusion of participants.

ping @davidwhogg! I'm trying to finish up a first draft of the paper this week, and I'm pretty sure you'll disagree with what I've written on nomenclature, so your input would be welcome. The current draft is in PR #24

This is currently still missing from the paper. Do we still want it in there?

I thought this section "What is a Hackathon" has this covered? It includes references to the different modes of hackathons in the literature, and also touches on the challenges of the term w.r.t. creating an inclusive environment.
