OK - I believe this is ready to go!

There were a few control sequences not recognized by latex on my machine, which seem like abbreviations of physics journal names ('\ao', '\aap', etc.). Is this something that is set up on your machine @dhuppenkothen ? For now, I have removed the '\', so that latex doesn't choke. We'll need to eventually replace with the Journal names.

Yeah, those are produced by the archive we use for astronomical data. Sorry about that! I'll fix them with my PR later.
