myriaweb.markdown uses incorrect headlines #3

In markdown # creates an h1, ## and h2 and so on. Typically, there should be only one h1 on each page.

Related and interesting... Not that Jekyll has a way to do this. http://webdesign.tutsplus.com/articles/the-truth-about-multiple-h1-tags-in-the-html5-era--webdesign-16824 (Presumably)

Any reason we switched from the nice, concise .md extension to this long travesty?
