Adding more information with a few updates #9

In researching my plans and options for graduate school and preparing my statements of purpose, I did a lot of research on reproducibility. And since this great resource encourages outside contributions, I decided to do a "brain dump" of everything I put together. Most of the changes are simply suggestions of additions. I did, however, make a few changes. The biggest changes were that the IPython project has morphed into Jupyter and Wakari has disbanded.

Please feel free to use as much or as little as you like. Thank you!

@thatchercollins: Thanks for working on this! But I think you want to suggest merging into the gh-pages branch rather than into master? The files you're suggesting changes only appear on the gh-pages branch, which gets served on the web.
