Hi Emma,
Is it possible to share the file you are trying to upload? (I want to see if I can upload it from some other account or if SQLShare has some issue with the file in general)
Thanks, Shrainik

Hi Shrainik, I am not able to even select a file to upload. As soon as I click "upload dataset" I see the screenshot I shared.
Emma
Can you try again now? I just re-started the rest server.

Still the same problem. There isn't even a link to select a file to upload.
I Just tried several times and it still didn't work. I have a lot of files to upload, so even if I could get it to work after trying multiple times for each file, it would be pretty frustrating. Do you think it will be resolved in a few days? Thanks
Is it possible to send the files to me? I can try and upload it directly to your account so that you are unblocked.

Sure - the files can be found here: http://proteomicsresource.washington.edu/net/maccoss/labkey/projects/maccoss/maccoss-cluster/maccoss/emmats/TPP/metaproteome/envr_nr/ I want to upload all the files with the name interact-2014_Sept_08_BeringSeaxx.prot.xls (where xx is a number). I've already uploaded 08, 10, 14, 16, 17, and 19.
Are you using emmats@u.washington.edu?

I am not able to see any of the files in my account and I still can't upload files. Am I using the wrong platform? I'm on sqlshare.escience.washington.edu.

That is strange. You should be able to see this.
I can't seem to reproduce the problem at my end. Can I come by your office and see what's going on? Might help me see what going on.
Thanks Shrainik
