The aibom and gamernium board support shall be removed because:

For several years in the PiSCSI project nobody ever mentioned (on github) using these boards
From a performance perspective these boards are inferior to the standard and fullspec boards
Removing legacy code helps to optimize for the FULLSPEC board
These boards cannot be tested in the scope of SCSI2Pi anyway
