Playback Rate Not Applied #70

For some reason playback rate/speed is not applied to the video when set in settings and not carry over to the next video when changed in the playback control. Everything is correct, but VideoJS is not recognizing the rate change event. This happens on desktop. On mobile, it may be another story.

@owlboy This is a VideoJS 6 issue. Reverted VideoJS back to version 5.20.0 resolved the issues.
