users have often asked about this in past hackweeks, so it would be good to add. I didn't realize the current SFTP implementation requires NFS home directories, so we'd have to bring in https://github.com/pangeo-data/terraform-deploy/blob/master/aws-examples/hackweek-infrastructure/infrastructure/efs.tf
