Number of Processes == Number of Elements in the Array #7

I know we are not testing against this case, but it would be interesting to generalize the code to support the case where the number of processes is equal to the number of elements in the array.

I agree!

In this case the initial condition would be a point heat source at the left boundary and zero elsewhere.
