What are you trying to accomplish?

Summarizing UWindsor Senate Bylaw 54: Undergraduate Academic Procedures

How are you accomplishing it?

Summarizing the content from the bylaw PDF in 1 to 3 sentences and putting it as a page on the css wiki.

Is there anything reviewers should know?

When I did yarn prettier --write . it formatted other pages

I am so sorry for all the commits, I managed to fix the line endings and get rid of the git commands that ended up in the file when I was committing.
