Fix a typo and some inconsistencies in this article

How are you accomplishing it?

Fix it lol. Some courses have no hyphens before numbers, random line breaks, etc.

Is there anything reviewers should know?

I checked if there were any updates in the academic calendar for Winter 2025. There were none.
