Change emojis on course offerrings

Expected Behaviour

readable memorable emojis to signify each degree to be easily read for requirements

Actual Behaviour

the hearts arent very memorable and on dark mode they are hard to read

we need something that is easy to read, easy to remember, without offending anyone

the emojis are difficult because they have to have the following requirements

• have to be easily memorable
• easily readable
• non offensive
• easily understandable in light mode and dark mode
