What are you trying to accomplish?

Add a new CS program (Computer Info System) to the course offering table.

How are you accomplishing it?

By modifying the files in the 'offering' folder (include acronym 'CIS' for Computer Information System and 💽 as the corresponding emoji).

Is there anything reviewers should know?

This pull request should come after PR #87.

In the future, we should add the CIS courses too. I will make an issue for that
