Not clear why this property is included in our first group of MARC fields to express in RDA: it is not part of the BIBCO or CONSER Standard Records. Other mappings (MARC-to-BF, RDA-to-MARC) do not attempt to code the MARC 357. Nevertheless the field has been mapped for MARC-to-RDA here, without notes that accurately accommodate multiple values for the repeating subfields ($b, $c, $g).

Did it have a milestone attached that I'm missing?

Oh fooey, I picked a field that didn't have a group 1 milestone. I forgot the procedure. My error. But I'm back on track because I just assigned myself a new field that does have a milestone = "[PCC RDA BSR]"
