Collections dataset is missing a resource #2

VoID description** (https://doi.org/10.6069/uwlib.55.a) has the following top-level content...

...but Collections dataset (https://doi.org/10.6069/uwlib.55.A.3.4) doesn't include resource ...#WilliamBrumfieldRussianArchitectureDigitalCollection

** missing resource also used as object in many triples in Agent dataset, see below

Reopening because void:DatasetDescription still contains triple:

<https://doi.org/10.6069/uwlib.55.a#uwSemWeb> ldproc:dataHarvestSource <https://doi.org/10.6069/uwlib.55.A.3.4#WilliamBrumfieldRussianArchitectureDigitalCollection> .

but "instances of collection" dataset still contains no such resource.

@gerontakos any reason we should not create the missing resource in the Collections dataset? Could be as simple as the following...

<https://doi.org/10.6069/uwlib.55.A.3.4#WilliamBrumfieldRussianArchitectureDigitalCollection> dct:title "[title here]"@en ;
   rdf:type <http://purl.org/dc/dcmitype/Collection> .

...although looks like some collections have a value for edm:isShownAt as well.

The missing resource https://doi.org/10.6069/uwlib.55.A.3.4#WilliamBrumfieldRussianArchitectureDigitalCollection is also the object of many triples in the "Instances of the Agent Class" dataset.
