Update versioning #6

Switching to schema:version element for all resources. Update version accordingly.

Version property changed in marcxml2rdfxml.xsl. Version number value needs to be manually edited in the .xsl file going forward. This will insert the version info in the RDF/XML which can then be passed on the uwlswd serialization.
