MARC 555 error #7

Problem with $1: NGL MARC currently has 2 IRI sources for this $1: the NGL itself & Wikidata. The NGL IRIs, however, should have been in $0. This should be manually changed in the MARC; after that change to the MARC, tmarcxml2rdfxml.xsl should be appropriately edited; i.e., currently onlt 555 $1 is processed; we'll also need to process $0. Be sure also to edit the code comments.

Finished edits in MARCXML and marcxml2rdfxml.xsl.
