Edit ConceptScheme data #3

  1. Alter titles. Shorten them. Remove redundancies and "MARC21-008" as a prefix. (For more information on altering titles, see the issue "Change ConceptScheme titles."

  2. Add values for dct:provenance and 2 dct:source properties.
    Example:
    http://doi.org/10.6069/whatever a skos:ConceptScheme ;     dct:title "all: type of date or publication status" ;     dct:description "Indicates type of date given. Or, for continuing resources, indicates publication status." ;     dct:publisher http://viaf.org/viaf/139541794 ;     dct:provenance http://doi.org/10.6069/whatever2 ;     dct:source https://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bd008.html ;     dct:source "http://marc21rdf.info/" .

  3. Possibly: decribe what 008/006 position in which the value is entered. For example 008/22. Undecided: property we would use for this.

Note: for further information on the value of dct:provenance, see the issue named "Create ProvenanceStatement dataset."

Note: That last triple dereferences to the base URI http://marc21rdf.info so we probably don't need the full string, but we'll include for a kind of accuracy.

Note: This description of a ConceptScheme is full enough to meet the requirements for describing concept schems in UW Libraries

Titles shortened. Prefix removed. dct:provenance and dct:source triples added. 008 positions added in new alt titles.
