Pass all datasets through the uwlswd pipeline for publishing datasets

In general the pipeline is as follows:

1. Start with RDF/XML
2. Enter DataCite XML and obtain registered DOI.
3. Insert correct URIs into the RDF/XML.
4. Produce the HTML/RDFa using the RDF/XML. Be sure to include json-ld metadata in the HEAD.
5. Create additional serializations using the RDF/XML: ttl, nt, json-ld

Revised workflow, more detailed:

• Finalize RDF/XML for each vocab. Make sure each dataset describes itself. Store in this repo.
• Produce DataCite XML metadata. Store in uwlswd_metadata git repo.
• Create draft DOI in DataCite. Load DataCite XML metadata.
• Insert DOI into RDF/XML, replacing dummy IRI.
• ~~Produce alt serializations. ~~
  • HTML using custom xsl that imports (1) rdf2rdfa-table and (2) json HEAD data
  • ttl, json, nt using python
• Make sure all files end up in the correct repo
• Complete DOI; add URL
• Check the HTML pages for completeness and to see if links are present and resolve
