And following this, some entry of redundant instructions and examples because co="all" or co="agnostic" were not used.

Related: The fact that the current prop-files-to-html-map stylesheet does not look for and use instructions, examples, etc. with co="all" or co="agnostic"

This should really be a contentdm_maps issue
