SSDC work #27

Hi @gerontakos Submitting the pull request as I believe that substantive edits to prop files for the current SSDC project are now over. If it would be helpful to set a meeting to go over things, I'd be happy to do that. Otherwise happy to answer questions and/or provide other needed information.

Hm... Some of these changes are non-SSDC related, such as XSLT files deleted from here after being moved to uwlswd_scripts.

Made an error. Now it is in fact merged, closed, and the branch has been deleted.

Note to self @briesenberg07 that I deleted my local branch as follows.
I believe that only the deletion of my local branch was required, as @gerontakos took care of deleting branch ssdc on remote.
