The accessibility errors were fixed the day after we launched beta. Most of the having to do with image alt tags, some having to do with link text and some having to do with ARIA roles.

The problem with the WAVE report, is that it doesn't load javascript, but any screen reading software from the last 6 years does, making the WAVE site only minimally useful. The errors showing on the home page are due to it not loading in story titles, etc.
