Majors and Minors Display setting #314

Programs is displaying in between some rows and shouldn't be:

This is intended. As you scroll down the page, it is useful to repeat the table headings so you know what you are looking at.

Technically yes, but then the table itself would have a scrollbar and be scrollable independently of the page.

I modeled this table after the table seen here: http://www.clemson.edu/majors

Can it be split by the start of a new letter instead of randomly?

Sorry to be picky, I just think it looks weird to be randomly there.

Updated so same letter programs are not being split up by a header.
