Description

The voting period has ended so we need to display the results on the website

Approach

Remove link in navbar to vote
Update link in join page to say something along the lines of "VIEW THE SPRING 2024 ELECTION RESULTS"
Update the ResultsEmbed to display the spring 2024 election results
Remove the voting route
Add new route that displays the results embed
