Pull Request

Additional bugfixes to follow on to #59.

Fixes crash when no C++ files are found
Fixes crash when no python files are found (Although the script will find itself so I think this is a useless condition to check :smile:)
Adds support for rosinstalled dependencies (catkin_lint was getting confused)
General cleanup
