Update ZED SDK in Docker image to 2.8 #87

The ZED SDK has been updated from 2.7.x to 2.8.x. This PR updates the Docker image used for our Travis builds to use the new SDK v2.8. The zed_ros_wrapper seems to have leveraged a bunch of changes in v2.8, so I'd like to stay on top of the updates and make sure we're using the latest and greatest.
