Request: Save/load patient list views #478

With the ability to add datasets, setting up a persuasive Patient List can be a lot of work.

It should be possible to save and give a name to the current Patient List configuration, and to load it.

Same is true of timelines.

Ideally these should also be restored after a session timeout.
