Why is grappa labeled as "FORTRAN" on github? #239

This is confusing as grappa is implemented in C++.

I believe the reason is the NAS parallel benchmarks redistribution, so there is slightly more fortran than C++ code in the repo. This is probably something we should remove.

I nearly stopped looking into this project when I saw a "FORTRAN" code base. so glad I didn't...

@bmyerz You should just move NPB to a different repo under uwsampa...

@pengxu7 You should not be so allergic to Fortran: Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.
