Where is make? #12

I am perhaps particularly stupid, but where do I find an executable file called "make"? Many thanks, Martin

Make is a tool that is used to automate running some code when certain files change. Depending on what operating system you use, there are different steps to install it. On macOS, you can try following these instructions. On Linux, these. I'm afraid I have no idea how much of any of this will run in Windows.
