Updates PatientStore with additional computed values for recent entries:

recentActivityLogsSortedByDateAndTimeDescending
recentAssessmentLogsSortedByDateAndTimeDescending
recentMoodLogsSortedByDateAndTimeDescending
recentScheduledActivitiesSortedByDateAndTimeDescending

Also corrects underlying edge cases in calculations of recent entries.
