Implements new support for registry "Mark Reviewed" functionality for new patient entries.

Adds feedback on the state of last review in the contents menu.
A patient can be in several possible states, with different feedback and capabilities.
A patient with a previous mark, and with new activity since that mark.
A patient with a previous mark, but no new activity since that mark.
A patient who does not yet have any marks, is still showing 2 weeks of "New" entries.
A patient with "Undo" or "Show More" used to get back to the beginning of their data.
With or without an enrollment date entered.
