User Acceptance Criteria

Developer/s shall reference prototype design for Add Term modal
Developer/s shall ensure proper front-end design and friendly Human-Computer Interaction
Modal design should be implemented with clean, well-documented code
Add Term button should be connected so that the existing design has functional use
An error message should display if there is an issue displaying the modal
