User Acceptance Criteria

Developer/s shall reference prototype design for Program Edit page
Developer/s shall ensure proper front-end design and friendly Human-Computer Interaction
Modal design should be implemented with clean, well-documented code
Edit Term button should be connected so that the existing design has functional use
An error message should display if there is an issue displaying the Program Edit page
