User Acceptance Criteria:

Interactable button on when displaying prerequisites labeled as "Add Prerequisite"
Only interactable by Director/Admin-level users
Interacting with the button causes a modal displaying all courses that can be added as a prerequisite to the course
Pressing "save" on the modal will add the course as a prerequisite to the currently selected course
An error message will display if there is an issue adding the prerequisite
